Chris Boniol

Christopher Donald "Chris" Boniol (born December 9, 1971, Alexandria, Louisiana) is a former professional American football placekicker in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys from 1994 to 1996, the Philadelphia Eagles from 1997 to 1998, and the Chicago Bears in 1999. In 1996, he tied the NFL record for most field goals in a game with seven. He played college football at Louisiana Tech University.
==Early years==
Boniol attended Alexandria High School, Louisiana, where he was the placekicker for the football team and the catcher for the baseball team.
He received a scholarship to play football at Louisiana Tech University. In 1990, he was named All-Louisiana and the Louisiana Freshman of the Year after making 17 of 24 field goals.
